Installation and commissioning specifications
Before installation, ensure that the oil cleanliness meets the NAS 1638 standard (recommended level 7-9), and configure a 10μm filter in the pipeline to prevent particles from wearing the valve core;
Calibrate the coaxiality of the valve body and the actuator to avoid seal failure or valve core jamming caused by eccentric load.
Operational restrictions and monitoring
Prohibit overpressure operation (the rated pressure of direct-acting valves refers to the specific model, and the pilot valve must ensure the minimum pilot pressure);
Regularly monitor the oil temperature (≤65℃) and vibration signals, and abnormal noise or response delays require immediate shutdown and investigation.
Maintenance and special working conditions
Check seal wear every 500 hours, replace hydraulic oil every 2000 hours, and give priority to original accessories during maintenance;
When starting in a cold environment, the oil needs to be preheated to above 15°C. In high-frequency switching scenarios, it is recommended to install a buffer valve or accumulator to reduce impact.
System integration optimization suggestions
When integrating digital amplifiers (such as PCD00A-400), it is necessary to verify signal matching to avoid electromagnetic coil overload or command conflict;
Complex faults are preferentially diagnosed remotely by authorized service providers, and non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling valve blocks or adjusting parameters.
